 Collection  of your Personal Data
 Through your interactions with us and the  Site and our Services, we will collect and process personal data about you (“Personal Data”).  This will include information that you give  us by filling in forms on the Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail  or otherwise.  We use a cloud service provider for the  purposes of storing data and providing our Services. The data centre at which  our cloud service provider’s servers are based is within the UK.

 Retaining  and deleting Personal Data
 This section sets out our data retention  policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with  our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of Personal  Data. We shall not keep personal information for longer than is necessary in  order to deliver our Services and for to comply with our legal obligations.

When a customer  informs us that they no longer wish to receive our Services we will mark them  on our internal database as inactive. For administration purposes we will  retain this information for a period of one year once a customer has been  marked as inactive after which time we will permanently delete their Personal  Data.
